"Came to Phoenix for a long weekend for my daughter’s surprise engagement. Loved this property! I’ve stayed at several other casita’s in the area and this is my favorite. They communicated so incredibly well with a book of information provided. The casita was stocked with all my needs and the area outside made me feel like I was in the “country” near downtown Phoenix. Great little neighborhood. Larry and Kristi were super nice and engaging as well!"

"We attended bowl game at Chase Field. It was easy access to the game and downtown. Easy parking for our vehicle. The service and response from the property manager was great. The breakfast was amazing.The free breakfast was great. "

"I didn't have to contact the owners that often but when I did they responded quickly. The house was a great size for our family of four. The location was so close to many restaurants and things to do. We like how close it was to the children's museum. Definitely appreciative of how well stocked the kitchen was and even having kids plates and bowls and fresh fruit when we arrivedd was a nice touch. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO near downtown Phoenix. We embrace the area and took in many of the features that downtown has to offer, including attending an NBA game, the Phoenix symphony, a play at the Herberger theater, eatery's, farmers market, nearby hiking, walking around downtown … Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with and he was very accommodating! We loved the big TV for watching basketball. The kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great location for us because we have family in the area.The house is really cute, neat and clean. Has everything we needed and a few extras like popcorn, coffee. It has a couple chairs and table on the front porchand a picnic table and bbq out back. "

"My family really enjoyed our stay here! Very cute, well decorated, spotless casita. Location in quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Felt very private even though to neighbors. We had no problems with noise. Kitchen is large and has nice center island. Only disappointment to me, as a home cook, was not having an oven and only 2 burner cooktop. The kitchen does have a small microwave and toaster oven. We definitely recommend this casita."

"There was no bracelets for pool we had to phone and we never did get housecoats. Every day our wifi would go down for 3 or 4 hrs. We were dissappointed we didnt get the same apartment we had requested as we didnt have any sun on the balcony were we ended up. "
