"The property’s location is excellent! Nice huge rooms, but hotel room marble floors were very dirty, not mopped and toilet bowls were stained. I suggest that housekeeping needs to do a thorough cleaning of the hotel rooms to keep the hotel property in good condition."

"It is a beautiful and quiet resort , it is a bit far from the main road , but if you are looking for a serene place , this is it. All the staff are courteous and responsible. There are two things i had noticed , the air conditioning was a bit noisy , and the washroom was smelly, it smelled like sewer or musty . "Wonderful stay! The hotel is very nice (even elegant in places). The room was very comfortable, the gym was decent and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. More than anything, the support of your staff (particularly Ash and Mark) made the trip. They were extremely helpful in helping with transportation needs. Wonderful people!"

"The good thing is the place surround by Greenery and back to nature. NO shop or restaurants surround except inhouse. Breakfast made me rushing to CR :( No hot water when checkin and solve after pressuring them. Had WIFI BUT NO Internet connection. Airport Shuttle late by half an hour and nobody answer the call."

"I love this hotel!! Staff is great, always smiling and friendly. Love the upstairs restaurant, bar, and pool area. Live music on Fri/Sat/Sunday nights. The only thing that they didn't have in the hotel is a gym, but they do offer an offsite gym. Location is great, right next to all the bars, clubs, and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!"
