"The shower drain was clogged shut with little to no hot water and the entire floor felt like a sauna, with a hallway temperature exceeding the outside temperature and humidity by a wide margin. The place was under renovation which was never made mention of during the process. The staff was nice, but I basically wasted a restless night because they lied by omission to keep their booking. Travelocity also made no mention of this."

"This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

"The good thing is the place surround by Greenery and back to nature. NO shop or restaurants surround except inhouse. Breakfast made me rushing to CR :( No hot water when checkin and solve after pressuring them. Had WIFI BUT NO Internet connection. Airport Shuttle late by half an hour and nobody answer the call."
