"Big backyard and fenced in… Would’ve been perfect for our dog. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had good pressure too nice sitting areas with TVs sunny dining room. All the rooms were nice and bright, but you could close the shutters for a good night. Sleep nice neighborhood for walking and.. very close to grocery stores, restaurants clubs that we wanted to go and listen to musicWe enjoyed our three day stay they are very much!"

"Cute house and loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The location was fantastic as it offered a short walk to some great food and drink and also breakfast in the morning. It was also great being so close to downtown Austin. We had a great stay here and I would recommend it to others who are visiting Austin with friends. "

"This Vrbo was perfect for a group of 12. Very beautiful setup and the living room/kitchen area was even more spacious in person. Host was quick to respond to any questions. The patio area is perfect to sit and soak up the sunshine. Bathrooms were all clean and well-stocked with towels and other provided amenities. House is also only a 15-min or less drive to other popular places in the city, and in walking distance to some coffee and food spots. The group enjoyed their stay. "

The location was perfect to all the activities we had planned downtown, plenty of living/lounging areas and bedrooms and bathrooms to give us space to spread out and decompress. It was truly perfect. "We were looking for a convenient, clean and comfortable place for a five night visit to Austin, San Antonio and Waco. This charming space was absolutely perfect! Close to the city, but in a quiet neighborhood. Close to major highways, but without excessive traffic. Clean, comfortable and 100% as advertised. Our host was available 24/7, although we had no needs of any kind. We strongly endorse this house and encourage you to stay here if you are visiting Austin."
