"Evening crew at check-in was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, and my kids enjoyed the pool. Our room (on the 5th floor) leaked in the rain, creating a puddle in the floor. We paid extra to stay in the hotel attached to the convention center compared to the hotel next door, because of expected storms.
