"The property was beautiful and unique the way it was built into the mountain, however that did make walking around challenging at times, if you are not in shape, but there was always someone available with a golf cart to get you were you needed to go! The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Housekeeping forgot to replenish coffee pods, coffee cups, removed used soap and did not replenish. Changed a couple towels but forgot hand towels. Very noisy. Street traffic and a hospital close by. Beautiful grounds, architecture and lighting. Beautiful pool, but definitely not for swimming. Too shallow. 4 ft at the center, 2 feet at the ends. "

"The water park is a blast but it is expensive and they overcharge for everything. $15 to self park your car. $35 for a plate of nachos, burger, fries, and one small drink. Resort fees that are almost as high as the room. "
