"We ended up at this hotel after leaving a terrible experience at our previous hotel early and I’m so happy we chose Discovery Kartika! The property is beautiful and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Our room was very nice. I felt the bathroom did need a little updating, but nothing where I would need to change rooms and honestly, other guests had mentioned that in their reviews so I was prepared. The breakfast buffet included with our room was exceptional with so much to choose from. The area is very safe with so much shopping nearby and plenty of food options if you don’t want to eat on site. I would stay here again when returning to Bali. "

"Excellent Nusa Dua hotel option!!! Beautiful daily breakfast! Very friendly staff around the hotel. Room was great size with a great view - a little musty though; you need to check/clean/replace your ventilation system. Would definitely stay here again! I have already recommended this hotel to many people!!"

"It is a very nice property especially if you have kids with you because they will have many things to do. Breakfast was good and have many choices and can be suitable for all nationalities but it is very crowded. The best thing about this property is the staff they are very nice ,polite and helpful. From the time of checking in to the time you leave they give you the feeling that they want to you to have a memorable stay at the resort. I faced a problem and the GM of the resort Mr Amit was very understanding and solved the issue the minute I discussed it with him. Mrs Rika at the front desk was a great help in solving all the issues from start to end and I would like to thank her for a great performance in doing her job as it should be done. Really the staff made the difference and made me forget that I faced an issue. "

"Fantastic one night stay at the Sheraton , enjoyed crossing the road to kuta beach. Readily available stores for shopping , H&M, Zara and Uniqlo. Close to the airport with a shuttle "

"Great location. Right in the middle of Sanur so there are dining options either side. I was unsure about the location but am extremely happy with exactly where it was. The pool bar food was perfect and service was amazing. The food in general in the hotel was next level!! We are very fussy with our food but was were extremely impressed! The staff were all so so so lovely! The wifi around the pool was terrible. It force me to relax and not look at my phone so I suppose that was good. The wifi in the room was good. The rooms were so incredibly clean! We cannot wait to go back and have already recommended it to some friends who are travelling there next year! "
