"This was my family’s first stay at a Drury Hotel and our first vacation with our dog. We stayed at their Dallas Frisco, Tx location. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to our needs, ensuring that we had the best stay! All of their employees exemplify excellence, from the front desk staff, to the manager, to the maintenance man. The added accomodations make the whole experience even better: free breakfast AND dinner (both hot and buffet style), 3 free alcoholic beverages each evening, access to an indoor pool and hot tub, gym access, family oriented, dog friendly, and an observation tower on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city. We had a minor inconvenience right after check in, where the base of the toilet was leaking. Within 10 minutes of calling the front desk, maintenance was in our room to assess the situation, and we were moved to another suite immediately thereafter. It honestly didn’t even feel like an inconvenience. I only mention it to emphasise how quickly they respond to your needs. I had seen the awesome reviews prior to booking and thought they couldn’t be that great. They REALLY are!!! We will be back for sure. "
