Its location is in a local neighborhood - not in a touristy area, which we liked and it’s a short drive to Condado, old San Juan, and other areas. "This was the perfect location for our family. The balcony was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or teenagers who wanted some privacy to sit outside in the evening. The pool and hot tub area felt private and never crowded. Beaches are just a short walk away. The park is perfect for a walk that includes some shade. For a longer walk, we enjoyed crossing the bridge to Condado as well as passing through the government district on the way to San Juan. Ubers are also easily accessible and pick up at...

"I hate to give any negative feedback since the communication was prompt but I have to be honest with the hopes that the property owner makes some improvements. Everything went smooth for check in and the communication with the owner was top notch. My complaints would be that there was not enough supplies to make the stay a 5 star experience. I didn’t have enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or laundry soup for my stay. I addressed the trash bags and that was taken care of immediately....

"We enjoyed our stay at the simple, cozy and clean vrbo. The property was just as described, had everything we needed and was clean. It is only big enough for two people. It is close to a beach, shopping and it has a pool. The downside for us was the parking. If you’re lucky and can park next door, it is amazing. We weren’t that lucky every night. Our parking for 8 days was more than our rental car. Ray was amazing and kept in touch with us throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here...
