"The stay was great and so was the view overall it was great place to stay and everything is within walking distance. However when we went to use the bathtub to take a shower there sewage backed up that came spewing out all over the tub, thankfully we were given a new room with no questions asked. Great hotel overall. "

"Nice place, good location and price. I didn't utilize any of the amenities at the hotel, so I cannot speak for anything there. I am a stickler for shower cleanliness, and the shower could have been a bit cleaner than it was - but it was way better than some places I have stayed before. The bed was comfortable. I was close to the elevator, so I was concerned about the noise at night, but I put the fan on 'auto' and it drowned out all the noise. The traffic light getting out of the property...

"I was greeted by Taylor and she was probably the nicest front desk person I have ever had help me, she greeted me warmly and answered all my questions about the local food and just took her time to assist me and make me feel like a person and not just a room number"

"Everything looked new and inviting. Wished bathroom door had a way to leave it open for convenience purposes; it would automatically close when you walked out to get something. It would have been great to have a choice to keep it opened; such as a "kick-stand". Bathroom lacked a hook to hang your clothes on. Toilet paper was way too thin; I'd take my own if I stayed again..ONE BIG DISADVANTAGE: Leaving the hotel, I had to wait 10 minutes at their stop light to get on to the main road. . 3...

"Visited a month after TS Helene came thru Asheville. I think the hotel is doing remarkably well for resolution it. I found it very convenient to downtown with plentiful parking. Hope to visit again when the situation has normalized in Asheville. Thank you for the hospitality!"
