"Overall we (family of four + a dog) had a good stay here. The owner met us when we arrived and she was very nice. The location is great; close to a couple of good breweries and good food and a pretty easy drive into Asheville. Also 15-30 minutes to decent trails and waterfalls. "This was the perfect little spot downtown, within walking distance of shopping and eating. The updated apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay! You will have a little walk from your parking spot and up tbe stairs but that is noted and not bad at all. Having a designated spot is a plus! Denise was easy to reach and answered any questions we had. "

"The worst experience we have ever had with communication with a host at VRBO. First we booked with VRBO for four nights. Only to find out the next day the Host has rented to someone else and did not put it on the VRBO schedule. She did apologize and we decided to go to a hotel for the first two nights and then go to her place for the last 2 nights.
