"While we didn’t get to utilize the wonderful looking garden outside, we did get to enjoy the quaint little cottage. Cooking utensils such as counter top burners, a toaster oven, and microwave were available as well as plenty of eat ware. The bathroom was a little small and compact, but very clean and reasonable with soaps provided. The bedding was clean and comfortable as well as the furniture being very fitting. The location seemed as though it was nice but we weren’t going to the local venues...

"I visit friends in the upper Dallas region fairly consistently and in my opinion the local hotel properties have gone down in quality while going up in price. This property was far better than a hotel room and I really enjoyed having access to a working kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and a comfy living room and bedroom. Wi-fi worked fine as well for work zoom calls."

"This beautiful 4 bedroom home is literally a few steps away from the SMU football stadium. We had our SMU 35th reunion, and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect! We enjoyed having a lovely living space, kitchen, bedrooms etc and parking. We loved our morning walks around Highland Park and to coffee at Starbucks! Thank you for a fabulous stay! We can’t wait to stay here again!!"
