"We enjoyed our stay in this guest house on the owner's property. We wanted a restful retreat just outside of the city. It was a short drive from restaurants, and it also had a full kitchen. (Since the owner lived on the property, you could also ask for any kitchen items you needed if they were not available.) It was in a gated neighborhood full of trees, with decent sized back yards. Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication was great. Would stay here again!"

"I visit friends in the upper Dallas region fairly consistently and in my opinion the local hotel properties have gone down in quality while going up in price. This property was far better than a hotel room and I really enjoyed having access to a working kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and a comfy living room and bedroom. Wi-fi worked fine as well for work zoom calls."

"We saw multiple very large cockroaches in kitchen and living room. Small bathroom had ants. It would be nice if a small supply of coffee would be provided for the first morning. "

"This beautiful 4 bedroom home is literally a few steps away from the SMU football stadium. We had our SMU 35th reunion, and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect! We enjoyed having a lovely living space, kitchen, bedrooms etc and parking. We loved our morning walks around Highland Park and to coffee at Starbucks! Thank you for a fabulous stay! We can’t wait to stay here again!!"

"The cozy cottage was ideal for our short stay in the Dallas area. While located next to the main house at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is still very private with beautiful landscaping and courtyard area. My wife was able to work remotely from the cottage while I was away and loved the nostalgic design of this old cottage. The owners were very nice and hospitable throughout our stay."
