"We stayed one night here en route to the Amalfi Coast. On arrival the reception area was messy and gave a poor first impression. There was plenty of parking and we were able to move our car to an area just outside our room which was handy for us. The room itself was very disappointing. The decor was dreadful and dated, poorly maintained and it really did need a renovation. The furniture was old and tatty and just dumped in there. "Tenuta Cusmano was a highlight in our 11 day trip to Italy. It's an easy drive from the Rome Ciampino airport. Grottaferrata is a charming town, just a few short minutes from Tenuta Cusmano. We took a taxi to the neighboring town of Frascati everyday to catch the train into metropolitan Rome. "Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"
