"Great and clean Def understaffed "

"This was the perfect cabin for a quick family getaway in the Catskills. Peter was very responsive to any questions before, during, and after our trip making checkin and checkout a breeze. The cabin was equipped with anything we could possibly need, from massive coffee makers, flashlights, plenty of seasoned wood for the beautiful fireplace to first aid kits and I even saw an EpiPen in the fridge!! The large dinning room table is where we spent time every night playing games. I enjoyed my coffee out on the porch with our dog every morning just taking in the serenity. There is a perfect hill on property for the kids to do some sledding and a huge fire pit to roast marshmallows at night. I was impressed by the tap water quality. Many places we have stayed at had very slimy rotten egg smelling water that you really don’t even want to wash your hands in let alone shower in but we didn’t have that issue here. Plus we never ran out of hot water when we all showered around the same time which can also happen at other upstate cabins. This was the perfect cabin for a 3 generation family getaway with something to do for everyone. There were lots of memories made. Thank you Peter, for sharing your lovely cabin with our family. "

"Simple, cozy accommodations in close proximity to a couple nice trailheads (Denning, Slide Mountain.) The complex was closed up for winter the weekend I stayed, but a special thank you to the manager who was kind enough to drive over after hours and open up a room for a friend I'd been out hiking with on an adventure that lasted much later than we'd expected. We appreciate the kindness and hospitality more than you can imagine. "
