"We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment during our first visit to Puerto Rico, where the owners were very helpful with our questions and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with the roosters and iguanas being a lovely bonus that we absolutely loved."

"What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Can’t thank Ricky enough for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back. "

"The unit was beautiful. Full amenities. Spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Only downfall is more access to casino and restaurants. After 9pm all access gates closed. Uber is non existent after certain hours. The home was so cozy and right by the beach "

"Alex the host was one of the most pleasurable experiences of the stay,, had a horrible arrival to the island due to phone carrier inactivation of the service due to tower issues. So had no phone to do anything. Ended up connecting with a GREAT stranger named Daniel, let me use his phone which allowed us to order a taxi to get to the villa, called Alex to explain he had no problems, sent his colleague Zander to get us in the property, accommodations met with him and what started off as a shake up...

"Just as described in VRBO listing. Property manager responded in a timely manner to our messages. Some closet shelves were on the floor, but not a big issue as we still had plenty of storage for our week here. One bedroom (or was it two) didn’t have closets, but we only needed three bedrooms, so it wasn’t an issue for our stay. Great location…walkable to groceries, bars and restaurants. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan and T-mobile district. Would stay here again!"

"Happy with the rental"

"Condo was conveniently close to beach , pool , and stores. Place has plenty of sleeping space but living room space leaves alot to be desired. 2 old couches are not comfortable and need to replaced. No coffee table or anywhere to put your drink. Kitchen was nice and had everything you might need. Has an outside patio but no furniture. Found a beach chair in one of the closets. Overall was good but with a little effort could be alot nicer. You can tell.its used mostly as a rental. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and spacious condo. The best part was the amazing terrace where we spent so much time. The host was responsive, efficient and kind. We would stay there again in a flash."

"This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer. The showers use solar heating so they are cold in the morning but hot in the evening. The kitchen has what you need for the most part....

"Condo complex is nice and location is central to many attractions. However, pools are smaller than led to believe and lazy river is a straight pool, not a typical curvy, lengthy or circular pool. Grounds are nice but not much to do. Location to beach is perfect, however. "

"Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! The teenagers loved the turf soccer field and got a lot of use out of playing on it. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Family of 10 stayed at this beautiful home and we fit comfortably. Host was very patient with us and responded quickly with any questions I had through email, text and call. Back yard is even better in person than in pictures. It does not have central air throughout the home but that was not an issue. Since it’s high up opening the windows does allow a nice breeze to come in. All bedroom do have their own AC and they work fabulous begged my husband to turn it up at night and one room turned...
