"Worst communication ever... Booked two weeks out and got directions when I arrived, which was after midnight due to delayed flights. Took like 30 minutes to get IN! Also, no instructions on parking. Got 3 tickets while there for 2 nights! Very congested area, parking is very poor. NO BEACH close by! "Mom" knocked on our door asking if we were going to breakfast. We're not children. We know when the breakfast is and if we want to eat or not. AC didn't work, had to ask for instructions on...

"I was happy with the size of the room and bed,and bathroom had a good shower, I was a little annoyed about being told to give my room key when ever I wanted to go out, the first time I was leaving to go out and was asked to give the room key,I then said to this man I would like to keep hold of it. When I returned later in the day I was told off by this other man for not leaving my key with them."
