Como já tivemos uma boa primeira impressão antes dessa última experiência, imaginamos que foi puro azar da lotação impactar na qualidade. De resto, o hotel estava impecavelmente limpo e confortável. Tinha até potinhos em inox pra alimentar e dar água à nossa cachorrinha e tapete higiênico."

We opted for the best suite, but we found the mirror glass broken and two jets of the whirlpool not working, which was disappointing."
