"Lovely hotel and good value off season as limited facilities available. It was great as it was nice and quiet. Beautiful sea views and location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of disappointments - the balcony had a very high front so when you sat down you couldn’t see the view! The sides were low so very open to neighbours and anyone smoking on their balcony. We had to keep the doors shut at times...

"This is an odd hotel that advertises a lot of things it doesn't have. There are no restaurants, no "health club", phones don't work, no 24 hr reception. (the brochure is a very entertaining read offering free 20 min massages to all guests) They blast ear music at high volume from 8 am to 11pm in the lobby which can be heard all over the hotel. "Tommasso and Maria are fabulous hosts who go out of their way to help. They came one day with pastries for us and there were refreshments and snacks for us in the refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, kitchen very well equipped! Loved the morning sunrise on the balcony with a visiting cat who greeted us everyday. The only negative was no wifi but Tommasso brought us a modem. And the thirty stairs to get to the unit. It’s not a problem for most but I have mobility issues "
