"The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, with several shops and supermarkets close by to stock up on groceries etc. Location wise, it’s perfectly situated to visit all the towns and beaches that the area has to offer. Renting a car is a must to explore the area. Emiliano (the host) and his son were fantastic in giving advice of places to visit and see and made our stay very comfortable. Any questions we had they were happy to answer. We can’t wait to come back...

"This is a beautiful house in the peaceful countryside and completely private. It is situated just over 2km from the centre of Martano. The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces were perfect for sunbathing and meals. "Amazing space with large, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms and great A/C everywhere. Very nice garden with ripe fruit trees and lovely swimming pool. Property near great beaches. Very friendly, helpful and generous hosts. One potential downside of the property is that it is on a busy road. The property could also benefit from an outdoor seating area and the kitchen from a couple more appliances (e.g. a kettle, a toaster...)"

"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und es kann sein. dass wir einmal wieder kommen. Besonders hervorziheben ist der großartige Ausblick. Allerdings sind einige Angaben in der Beschreibung schlichtweg falsch: Der Strand von Pescoluse ist niemals in Gehminuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß benötigt man mindestens eine Stunde. In 20 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand von Torre Pali. Da man nach einem Bad im Meer, den Aufstieg lieber vermeidet, mussten wir doch meistens das Auto nutzen. Für uns war...

Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !"

"Basic house with well documented issues with shower problems. Quiet location although you can hear people moving and talking in the adjoining villa. The swimming pool was beautiful but cold, and in a beautiful well kept garden. "Tommasso and Maria are fabulous hosts who go out of their way to help. They came one day with pastries for us and there were refreshments and snacks for us in the refrigerator. The bed is comfortable, kitchen very well equipped! Loved the morning sunrise on the balcony with a visiting cat who greeted us everyday. The only negative was no wifi but Tommasso brought us a modem. And the thirty stairs to get to the unit. It’s not a problem for most but I have mobility issues "
