Eccellente eccellente eccellente
Ho trascorso insieme alla mia famiglia ed altra famiglia di amici (3+3+ 3 cani ) 15 giorni in questa location molto graziosa e molto comoda; a pochi passi dal tramonto più bello d’Italia, con possibilità di raggiungere a piedi sia i siti balneari di S.M. Di Leuca che il “passeggio” sul lungomare. La casa è molto graziosa e dotata di tutto quello che occorre per un soggiorno di eccellenza. La consiglio a tutti.

Vacanza indimenticabile !!! La casa è esattamente come descritta nel sito. Ottima posizione, a 10 metri dal tramonto più bello della Puglia !! Un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Carmelo, sempre gentile e disponibile. Le bambine non scorderanno mai la gita in barca con lui e Biagio. Da provare assolutamente !!!

Villa con ampi spazi interni ed esterni, in particolare è molto fruibile la zona esterna sul retro per tutti i pasti della giornata. Posizione a 300 metri dall'inizio della passeggiata di S.M. di Leuca. Il proprietario è molto carino e disponibile; consiglio sicuramente di partecipare alla magnifica escursione in barca organizzata da Carmelo.

La casa è dotata di ogni comfort utile a fare passare agli ospiti giornate piacevol; Carmelo è stato un perfetto padrone di casa che ci ha fornito ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare ed è stato molto disponibile per ogni nostra necessità. Ciliegina sulla torta è stata la bellissima gita in barca con la quale ci ha portato a visitare le grotte Salentine ad Est di Leuca. Se possibile torneremo in questa splendita Regione. FANTASTICA!!
Sono stato in vacanza in questa splendida casa per una settimana in agosto con la mia famiglia e in compagnia di un'altra famiglia , entrambi con 2 bambini (in totale eravamo quindi in 8). La casa è esattamente come si vede nelle foto molto comoda e curata, ci sono letti e non divani- letto cosa non da poco secondo me....i bambini hanno dormito insieme divertendosi un mondo. Gli spazi sono veramente grandi, ogni famiglia aveva il suo bagno e in più sul retro c'è una comodissima doccia esterna. Abbiamo cenato sempre in giardino usufruendo del tavolo molto spazioso che si trova sempre sul retro....e poi ancora barbecue e divanetti comodi per le nostre chiacchiere serali. La casa si trova a 10 min a piedi dalla bellissima Leuca e a pochi km dalle spiaggie del Salento. Carmelo è una persona gentilissima che ci ha accolto con dolcetti e bibite fresche dopo il nostro lungo viaggio, per non parlare poi della splendida gita in barca in cui ci ha fatto da guida nella visita alle meravigliose grotte di Leuca. Grazie Carmelo speriamo di tornare a trovarti presto. La consiglio alla grande.

Da lasciarci il cuore
casa molto bella e pulita ,uno spazio esterno favoloso porticato con tavolo molto grande sempre ombreggiato con doccia esterna comodissima, posizione comoda a tutto mare e centro paese . Pure la mia cagnolina si è divertita moltissimo visto che la villa è tutta recintata ha potuto godere a pieno della sua libertà. Excellent choise, beautiful house, unique owner!!!
We were two families with total of 5 children staying between 02-09.7.2016.House is very large, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything needed for vacation. It is surrounded with garden with small trees (olives, pears, figs etc) and flowers which add to the ambient. Inside two fully functional and equipped (one it has even a washing machine that might be handy for families with small kids) bathrooms, three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 stoves, refrigerator, freezer etc), dining room. Although it has a dining room it is much more convenient when you eat outside under the "grande" veranda( behind the house) , or having coffee at the beautiful and cozy terrace in front of the house. The house has two entrances (very useful), also a garage(handy when you have two families with two cars) and the yard is spacious enough for the second car, so parking is solved. Regarding the sandy beaches , there is one, so called "city beach", somewhere 300 meters near the port in the center of the town. Also there is one (which i recommend and i have used it ) some 3 kilometers northwest with free parking. Also you can use it famous" Maldives of Salento:" which is somewhere 12 kilometers in the same direction like previous one, but you have to pay for parking. Last but not least the owner, signor Carmelo, is a very unique person, that complete the overall excellent picture of this property. A person so generous and kind(when we came he has already fill the fridge with some water, soda drinks, coffee, milk and a box of very delicious candies) that it is very rare to meet. He was always available to meet our demands(he helped me a lot with travel agency for a ferry tickets) gave us some tour around the province(although he has already printed out some useful information regarding the place). Hard working, busy but available and ready for own guests(he also gave tours with a own boat through the caves, produce olive oil, which by the way is a must), always smiling with good manners, excellent owner. Real friend i can say, at least for me and my family. Unforgettable. Two things that might be improved ( not necessarily but optionally), larger TV screen( house has Sat TV, but the screen is little small), and internet connection, preferably WI-FI. Overall, it has been an excellent choice for us , hopefully we will go again in the near future and i strongly recommended to all my friends and relatives.

è la villa perfetta per una vacanza come perfetti sono i proprietari gentilissimi e cortesi veri pugliesi .la villa è molto spaziosa con parecchio agiamento esterno cè posto per 4 autovetture per far giocare bambini e per tavolate in compagnia tutto condito da un posto bellissimo tranquillo una località che resta veramente nel cuore. noi eravamo 10 ragazzi di SAN MARINO e siamo stati benissimo.

Tutto splendido
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questa splendida villa gestita da una coppia di proprietari disponibilissimi che ci ha accolto con dei dolcetti secchi. La posizione è ottimale: a 10 minuti in macchina dalle famose Maldive del Salento e a 12 minuti a piedi dal centro di S. Maria di Leuca. Consigliatissima!!! Non ve ne pentirete!

VACANZA DA INCORNICIARE
Abbiamo passato due settimane in questa splendida villetta a due passi dal mare stupendo del Salento. Noi eravamo in 3 adulti e 6 ragazzi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. A pochi passi dal centro di Leuca , a pochi minuti dalle maldive del Salento. Cosa dire poi dei proprietari ? Di una disponibilità e gentilezza uniche !! Grazie a Carmelo e sua figlia abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare due escursioni private in barca lungo la costa adriatica (la più bella secondo me) con bella sorpresa a fine giro ...! (grazie alla signora Maria Teresa!) Speriamo di poter presto tornare ! Consigliamo a tutti questo alloggio.

Eccellente!!
Da diversi anni andiamo in vacanza con la formula Homelidays e questa sistemazione si è rivelata, senza dubbio, una delle migliori in assoluto. Gradevolissima fin dal primo sguardo, la casa offre spazio a volontà, sia all'interno che all'esterno, è pulitissima ed accessoriata oltre ogni ragionevole necessità. Ma quel che colpisce di più sono le comodità non comuni in una casa vacanze: il secondo bagno, la doccia esterna, il box auto, il barbecue ed il ragguardevole giardino-cortile con tanto di cancello carrabile elettrico. Una vera oasi di comodità e privacy in un contesto estremamente tranquillo ma che consente, con una passeggiata di pochi minuti, di raggiungere il centro dell'abitato di Leuca. Il proprietario è assolutamente cordialissimo e molto disponibile. La gita in barca con lui si può considerare un must. Andrea, Silvana e i ragazzi

Esperienza da vivere
La casa corrisponde alle aspettative, gli spazi sono molto ampi e confortevoli; chi ha bambini dimentica di averli perchè la doccia esterna e il giadino, con il portico, oltre alla terrazza costituiscono elementi di gioco irrestistibili. L'ambiente circostate, la gente, il cibo e la disponibilità dei propietari sono indimeticabili. All'arrivo, per noi c'erano dolci e olio tipici del posto. Ultima, ma non ultima, la gita in barca alle grotte organizzata dal proprietario... esperienza da vivere! Infine, ai saluti i proprietari hanno preparato per noi un graditissimo "pasticciotto” fatto in casa... davvero buono. GRAZIE

la casa è realmente come ...
la casa è realmente come presentata nell'annuncio, grande, pulita, ben arredata e attrezzata. Comoda la lavatrice e la doccia esterna. L'acqua calda è stata sempre sufficiente per 8 persone. La zona dove è la casa è molto bella e tranquilla, il Salento poi è una chicca. Il proprietario, molto ospitale e disponibile, ci ha accolto con frutta, verdura e una bottiglia d'olio di benvenuto. Consiglio il soggiorno.

"Posto meraviglioso, appartamento molto ampio fresco e spazioso. Manca per noi solo il microonde, ma abbiamo avuto la bella sorpresa della lavatrice (anche di ottima marca). Splendido il posto barbecue con lavello e graditissima è stata la doccia esterna. I proprietari sono stati amichevoli e cortesi e ci hanno accolto con frutta, acqua e verdura fresca! Da consigliare a coppie di amici con bimbi non piccoli (la spiaggia sabbiosa è un po'' distante ma bellissima)"
