"It was Inexpensive and we liked that, but there was no WiFi even though it’s advertised to come with. There were only 2 bowls and 2 plates, no knives, no glasses and barely half a roll of toilet paper. We’ll know what extras we need to bring if we stay again"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Please do not waste your money like we did!! Let’s start with the communication of the “hotel” asked several times for check in details finally got it a couple hours before on text. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The first night there was some noise on the corridor so sleep was disturbed. The second night was much better and I was given a late check out when I explained about the distubance the prior night. Accommodation was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Close to the train station, Trinity and other local amenities. I was given an apartment on a lower floor as there had been prior problems with the lift. Which was really helpful. "We were looking for a 2 bedroom stay for us, our teenage daughter, and our 10 month old. Roomzzz came up asa 2 bed apartment option, which suited our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with the hotel; apartment was spacious and very clean, and we will absolutley stay here again if in Leeds. "
