"The crown jewel of Banff, the Fairmont Banff Springs is phenomenal! The resort has an amazing staff, great restaurants, lots of on-site activities and amenities, and a storied history. The views from the outdoor pool and upper lounge are unmatched."

"The place is under renovation but the staff have been very helpful and accommodating. Some inconvenience like using exit doors to go up your room without elevators, but they compensated well. We always come back to this hotel because of the pool. "
