"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"Great location. The hotel is located in the Castle Hill. A few minutes walk to the Buda Palace and Fishing Bastion terrace offers panoramic views of the Danube River. The staff was terrific, and the cleaning service was amazing. I highly recommend it.n "

"huge room, huge Bath room, floors very slippery in bathroom though. We asked for a bath mat but never got one. Great breakfast. In heart of old Buda right near the church. Lots of restaurants nearby. WiFi isn’t good though as it kept going out frequently. Had a safe and fridge. "

"One of the things we found REALLY interesting was that because our visit was in November, apparently all 'cooling' devices are shut off in September. So for us, who like things much cooler than most, it was quite challenging as the themostat only would go down to 18.5c (65.3f). If you open the window, then the cooling goes completely off! We're making it work though! :-) Everyone was very helpful, but they do things a little different in Europe, so we have to remember than when we travel...."
