"The best part is the gardens and pool area which is beautiful and well-cared for. It is good for a relax by the pool. It is good for families and couples. You must have a car. But this was not the right venue for us and I should have done more research. I found it was too far from town to access without a car, taxis are limited, and the venue only has a short food menu at set times or by advanced request. "We had five nights at this great hotel in a large well equipped room with a large first floor terrace with table and chairs and sunloungers to catch the evening sun. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun lounges. Several restaurants within a 15 min walk and only 10 mins to Otranto Good breakfast selection. Great value hotel and so pleased we chose to stay there especially with the easy parking"

"Our fridge was broken when we arrived but when I asked to fix it they solve it in less than one hour. Workers are so gently. Prize was the most expensive in full holidays, and location was far from the center of town, where the prices were more expensive. Garbage cans were not well identified, so after the end of day it was impossible to know where to throw the garbage. In general is a good place to be during vacations. Piscine is salt water and Aquagym monitor was so funny. "

Located on the center place of a tiny village in a real “palazzo”, we enjoyed the peacefulness, the charm of the place, the high ceilings of the rooms, the friendly staff and the small swimming pool. But what made it very special for us was the “feeling home atmosphere” because of the ability to sit around in different areas, in the garden, in the communal living room or in a “salon”. "This is a beautiful property and well maintained. We had a few minor issues, however Matteo the manager was quick to remedy and followed through with several follow ups!
