El checking lo tuvimos que hacer en el hotel Montecallini donde no recibimos un trato cordial por su parte siendo bastante maleducados cuando les preguntarmos si nos podrían reponer las toallas y el papel del WC. Donde nos dijeron de una manero no muy educada que debíamos de pagar 20 euros si queríamos papel del wc y toalla limpia. "My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. He greeted us as soon as we arrived in the car and showed us to a parking space directly outside the property. The masseria is stunning and the rooms are very unique! My first thought was, is this a museum or a hotel!? It was marvellous. The 200 year old family artifacts throughout the room and the rest...

"Check in only open till 20.30 despite website stating 11.00. Not possible to contact anyone outside of these hours. After having to find an alternative hotel, I was offered a refund for the first night, along with an apology. At check out, it was also agreed not to charge. When I chased up credit from hotels.com, the hotel confirmed I stayed one less night than planned but refused to credit. Nice!"

"B&B davvero bellissimo! La dimora è molto curata e con arredi e finiture di qualità, la camera è molto spaziosa e pulita, anche il bagno è molto spazioso, doccia compresa e dotato di ogni confort. Il giardino è curatissimo e la zona piscina/colazione è davvero silenziosa e rilassante. Sia i proprietari che Simona sono molto gentili e disponibili. Da Casarano, si raggiungono in poco tempo le zone più belle Salento. Ci torneremo sicuramente!"

La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato è risultata pulitissima, ben arredata, silenziosa, dotata di una grande e comoda terrazza. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.
