"Entrance to the hotel is on top of some 20 steps. There is a step free entrance at the side, but you would need to ask receptionist to open that from inside. Considering many visitors would have heavy bags, it would be better if they made the disable entrance more welcoming, instead it is a dirty entrance from outside, to a basement via some dark storage and corridor before arriving at the lift. Not a welcoming entrance for disable guests or someone with big suitcase. The room was very basic....

When we booked accomodation we expected that we will live at via Sedini 23 as mentioned in the description, but instead we were taken to a different adress. New apartment was located 1 km from the city center and it didn't have air conditioning as it was mentioned in the description. There was no communication about that from the accomodation owners beforehand. "
