"Entrance to the hotel is on top of some 20 steps. There is a step free entrance at the side, but you would need to ask receptionist to open that from inside. Considering many visitors would have heavy bags, it would be better if they made the disable entrance more welcoming, instead it is a dirty entrance from outside, to a basement via some dark storage and corridor before arriving at the lift. Not a welcoming entrance for disable guests or someone with big suitcase. The room was very basic....

"This is a modern apartment in an excellent location. It's comfortable, well equipped, and has a great view over the bay and part of the town. Caterina and Claudio were charming, welcoming and helpful, and despite our language difficulties we were able to understand each other. Castlelsardo is a picturesque town, with an interesting castle and old town. It's a good base from which to explore the beautiful scenery in northern Sardinia."
