"We stayed in the Family Penthouse suite (4B) so my review is for this room only. The room itself was fantastic with a great location and nice views. It was very large and had 3 balconies. However the service is basically non existent. I asked about wifi issues (couldn't connect) and never heard back so ended up using my mobile data. The bathroom didn't include any toiletries (other than towels and toilet paper), so I had to use dish soap from the kitchen and buy my own shampoo. Again, I...
