"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. Food options very very expensive for not so good quality and variety. Had difficulty for my child to eat as gluten intolerant. Pools all close at lunch time -...

"Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. "This hotel is unique, clean, and has amazing with restaurants on site. The breakfast is a buffet style with big selection of fresh options. Had dinner at the restaurant as well and absolutely everything we ordered was on point and delicious. The staff was super helpful, nice, and welcoming. The only bad part was that my stay was for a very short time. The courtyards are so beautiful. I will definitely plan to stay here in a near future "
