"Waking up every morning to gorgeous views of the sun rising over the Mediterranean...wonderful! We loved the location -- super close to trams and buses but far enough away from the heart of the touristy areas. Very clean and modern, we would stay here again if we came back. Minor things to mention: -No clothes dryer -Main bathroom is great but toilet is in separate tiny room -Would have liked more towels -Low supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc.) -Worst...

"We had a much-needed weekend break away and we found Malin’s place to be absolutely perfect in every way. You cannot beat the location for ease in getting around Nice. We did not need a car so I’m thankful we didn’t book one. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in walking distance but also had the ease of both bus and tram and train nearby to visit other places like Eze and Monaco. "The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the boulevard. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The apartment looked a little tired but understandable due to the age of the building. Some repairs are needed (a window latch was broken) but for the value the apartment was superb. We wwould definitely consider staying again when returning to beautiful Nice."

This flat is interior, no street noise, but plenty of sunlight. 3 deadbolts, all appliances are newer, very comfortable Queen bed, adequate storage, interior is well lighted, one flight of stairs, then lift to 5th floor, quiet neighboring apartments. Plenty of linens and soft furnishings. Short walk to tram and the beach. lots of walkable restaurants and shopping in old town, and a tram ride to city center department stores.
