Host was very engaging and helpful at all times Only downsides were minor (traffic noise and dryer that didn’t dry clothes). Overall, outstanding 2-week stay and this beautiful part of the world. "Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"We don't know! First we came by the property early to check the location and were treated rudely by the man working there. Then, when we came back at 3:00, the host did not provide a code to open the door. We tried to communicaye with her, and we tried to call you. No success. "Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) "

"We spent very nice vacation days at Lake Como. The apartment is located in a house built into the mountain. Therefore, you have to climb some stairs to get to the apartment, but then you are rewarded by a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. We felt very comfortable."

"Our stay was for 5 days with my spouse and 3 sons (all 18+) and son-in-law. Property was big enough for 6 of us adults with a lot of beautiful windows for cooling down the apartment. It didn't help there was a major heat wave in Italy the time we were staying but the property mgr brought us an additional 2 fans to help as apt is without a/c. There was a pool on the property all to ourselves so that was a huge help after a long hot day of sight seeing and a great way to cool down. Most European...

"The stay was awesome. Carla was a wonderful host. Communication was 1st Class and she was there to help if you needed it but was not intrusive. The property was spotless and had everything you needed for a tranquil, idyllic holiday.. The area has good access to Milan and the lakes. I could not recommend highly enough "

"We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again."

"The property is brilliant, great pool, loads of space. Aircon in the bedrooms was a godsend in July. We had a great stay. Things to do nearby were good; Wakeboarding on Maggiore San siro in Milan Duomo in Milan Outlet shopping centre 35 minutes away A"

"It was an absolutely splendid experience. We rented a boat to use from Click&Boat website. I highly recommend doing that as well. Driving a car in Como is not as pleasurable as driving a boat! Thank you again Sergio for memories of a lifetime."
