"The house was perfect. It was very spacious with multiple areas to relax in sun or shade at any time of day. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and even cleaned during our stay. We spent many days relaxing at the house but also went to the Gorge for canyoning, paddleboarding, canyoning, kayaking, e-biking (a must do along the left side of the Gorge!) and swimming. "We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"The big surprise plus was the salt water pool Loved that. A big long pool deep enough to dive was great so lots of competitions between the families - including boules and ping pong. We were 11. The other thing was a/c in all the rooms if you wanted it. Though we didn’t need it. Fabulous outdoor kitchen was a big bonus too. "This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"

"A great villa, very well furnished especially the outside space around a fabulous pool. The property is an excellent size for a family with a great range of equipment. The location is extremely quiet but easy access to the local village of Flayosc which had lovely square and far more restaurants than I thought it would have. We had an amazing time and loved the Villa."
