"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. "The outdoor terrace area and pool area was lovely. The pool was clean and a good size with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The only criticism was the size of the apartment. It wasn't quite big enough for 4 people and had a small kitchen. The bathroom was just sufficient. Overall a nice residence in a nice area though restaurants are very Italian but that is typica of the area and not a problem for us."
