"It’s good/average for 3 star hotel with good breakfast. Check in time is set and cant check in early ( but luggage can stay inside of locked area). Hotel/staff is helpful and clean. If you have small kids I wouldn't recommend, you have to pass by big crew of refugees every time you goto duomo/restaurant area. Only 6min from centrale/hertz. it’s excellent "

"Great for families, my kids loved it. Bus to centro in front the property. Market in the property with everything you need, everybody from front desk were speaking English. Swimming pool, playground. We definitely will stay there again."

"The staff at the hotel were very attentive and always greeted everyone with a smile, from the front desk to the cleaners and the servers at breakfast. They honestly were the ones that made the experience special! The room was big and had everything we needed, but the safe is on the small side so can’t fit laptops. Good selection at breakfast. The location was great: 1. close to the tram stop that takes you directly to the airport and train station, and 2. just a short walk from all main attractions, yet quiet enough if you want to escape the crowds"
