"My wife and I spent nine nights is this spacious and well-equipped home in the quiet village of Montespertoli in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Bruno was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to our questions. He left the home equipped well for our first night or two and directed us to the Co-Op grocery store only a 3-4 minute walk from the front door. Our rental car was securely parked in his garage every night, so no need to park on the street or worry about not finding a place close to the house. With the stone walls, Wi-Fi signals can be lost from time to time, but just pop in to the laundry room to quickly reconnect. Bruno even let us purchase his brand-new stainless steel Bialetti stove-top espresso maker which had become a little tarnished from the gas stove-top. We would highly recommend this home for your group of 10-12 people, but it was quite nice for just the two of us as well."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant Casa Masi was incredible just make sure you reserve a table because they get busy. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely for our stay, the only thing I would say that was an inconvenience is that the bathroom in our apartment was downstairs from the master bedroom but other then that we will definitely be coming back here."

"This is an absolute gem in the hillside of Tuscany. Close to Pisa, Siena, and Firenze, it's an oasis of peace and beautiful landscapes. "Wonderful in every way from the friendly staff to the luxury touches in the gorgeous rooms, to the best full breakfast that we’ve had in a budget friendly European hotel ever. Just about the only criticism I can mention is that the pool is a bit on the small side and was swarming with mosquitos, but the bartender was able to get us some repellant spray which mostly worked. The expansive grounds behind the hotel are gorgeous for walking barefoot in the grass and exploring the riverside and rapids. We used the hotel as our central location for exploring Tuscany and will definitely be back. "
