"It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet. But it was worth it because it was great food. The staff there was excellent especially the staff in the restaurant Simoné and Bosé were very attentive and pleasant. Also the reception staff were as well. I would recommend it to everyone. "

"Nice property, easy to reach (by car, and they also had shuttle to metro station). Room was very confortable, we had a family room, and the king bed and two individual beds were separated by a central furniture which was very convenient. The breakfast was good and with variety of options. The last day we found that there was a leak in the bathrooom and the TV didn't work, maintenance attended immediately, and changed us to the next room."
