"From the moment we booked this gem it made our trip so much better. Roberto was always attentive and asking if everything was good throughout our visit in Rome. He had a map for us detailed with all of the necessities with bus stops and metro stops. While there if we had a questioned we received a detailed answer and he followed up as well. I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc).
