"The little blue and white cottage was perfect for my friend and I. It was clean and quiet and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. A delay in communication regarding check in caused a bit of confusion but everything worked out and we enjoyed our stay."

The cottage is set apart in a quiet forested / landscaped area that gives you privacy and great views out every window. This place checks all the boxes. I almost hate to give it this review because I want to keep it for myself. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed. "

"This is a special place, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unique private getaway. Loved being surrounded in trees, peaceful and beautiful. Really enjoyed using the outdoor shower, it was kind of exciting! The bed was super comfortable and room was decorated in a very artistic manner. Thanks for an awesome stay!"

"J’ai passé deux journées magnifiques dans la boathouse. L’emplacement est parfait et j’ai amplement profité de la vue sur le balcon, que ce soit lors de l’apéro en fin d’après-midi ou en en prenant mon café le matin lors du lever du soleil. J’ai utilisé les kayaks mis à notre disposition. Belle balade sur l’eau en fin de journée. Des phoques nageaient autour de moi."

"A nice quiet getaway on an artistic island! The owners have a model railway on site that they are proud to show, as well as the Inner Healing Sound Spa. My wife and I enjoyed both events. The island is beautiful and easy to drive around. Lots of crafts and artists. A few minor things could be updated on the property, however all in all it was very satisfactory. "

"Beautiful, clean, and warm studio cabin in the middle of the forest. Total peace and quiet, even with the host’s house nearby. We even spotted who we think was Donna, the local deer! Shops and restaurants are just 5-10 minutes away. Overall, a perfect getaway!"

"We enjoyed our stay in the Grand Cedar Lodge in Nanaimo. The location was beautiful with lot's of walking paths around and easy access to all the amenities we needed. The space was fairly well equipped with all that we needed for our short stay. The gas fireplace was wonderful to have for the chilly mornings. For those who prefer a softer mattress we did find the beds to be quite firm. "

"Wonderful property! It is not too far from town, has excellent beach access, is very private, and the house was so lovely! The shower in the master bathroom is incredible! We loved the basement and pool table. The grill, hot tub, beach access, and house were clean and very well-maintained. What more could we ask for? An awesome vacation!
