"Carlon was exceptionally responsive and helpful with our problems. He brought 3 space heaters when I complained about temp in house. Problem ( common) with water ants! Mattresses need to be upgraded. stove us gard to figure out which burners work and which don’t. "

"We had a lovely family get together in this great house overlooking the ocean. We loved being able to just walk across the (not busy) road to wander around on the fingers of beach cliffs. Beautiful sunset views here as well as through the big living room window. I was worried when I went to check info in my emails and didn’t see any confirmation or welcome emails. But I was able to message the host . "

"This was our second stay at this home and we love the place! I really do not like Vacasa. They only have a robot to communicate with that never solves anything. Just repeats itself! There were no coffee filters so I went and bought some for 6,50 and the robot tells me they don’t offer filters! Of course they do!! as it’s part of the coffee machine and I should be refunded for that. And I left them the filters for future guests. Also I like to have until 11am to leave. Vacasa refused to grant me...
