"Staff at check-in was quite disinterested and did not provide any information about the property or local area. Security is quite poor, door to the room did not lock and no lockers available for personal belongings (apparently this is being renovated). Reception staff offered to store any valuables, but I discovered afterwards that the "safe storage area" was a completely open room where anybody had access. Nonetheless, property was quite clean. Would be a reasonable option for budget travellers...

"We had ended up staying here for a very brief overnight as our hostel in center had bed bugs found the same night we were supposed to fly out of Ciampino. We arrived late and the staff were accommodating, the man set us in a nice clean quiet room and called a transfer to the airport for us in early morning. We were pleased to have somewhere to rest and the location to train is VERY workable if wanting to explore the city. "

"The host was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. You felt like you were in the "real" Rome and not surrounded only by other tourists. Shopping was great nearby. It was great having an elevator and washing machine. But the best part was having breakfast on the Terrace every morning.Traveled as a solo woman and felt safe and comfortable in the apartment and the neighborhood. "
