"The person who met us to hand over the keys was very friendly and welcoming and location was fine eg proximity to coloseum for instance. However there were a few disappointing elements about the apartment eg mouldy shower curtains, blocked drains, no lid on the garbage bin, only 1 toilet roll/bathroom for a 4 night stay, flaking paint on window sills. It was an expensive apartment for what was provided and not in a particularly high standard of repair."

"I thought we were getting the entire apartment. Instead, we are SHARING the kitchen, living spaces with 5 other rooms. Our room was TINY, probably the smallest, shower I've ever had at a hotel. The outside of the building was covered in graffiti. Expedia should delist this property."

"After arriving at the check-in hotel (which is 2 metro stops away from the apartment) we had an easy check-in. We found the apartment building easily but could regularly smell cigarettes. The apartment itself (we were in appt 6) did not smell of cigarettes but was a little grotty here and there. The floor hadn't seen a mop in quite some time and we took to wearing shoes when in.
