"Good parts - Location was great, very good size, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, felt very safe, cot for our baby was provided when asked with extra linen, plenty of towels. Bad parts - severe damp in the main bathroom which smells. Drain doesn’t drain in en suite shower room. Iron but no ironing board. Communication - kept emailing for the same information pre-check in despite already having sent it and not answering specific requests until chased on hotels.com app. Check in details...

"Arrived to Rome airport to find that the host had cancelled our stay while we were on the flight, 3 hours prior to us checking in, leaving us stressed and with nowhere to stay. New accommodation had to be found at our expense as refund not processed for several days. The Host then ignored my reply. Very poor. Would not recommend "

"We were very pleased with the apt. Well equipped for 3 couples who had an agenda to see Rome highlights using subway and walking to get around the city. All linens and towels ready. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms, washing machine and dishwasher. Walking distance to subway and from there to various spots. Crowds were heavy everywhere even though it was late October and don't be on the subway at afternoon rush hour 4-5pm, its crazy. "

"Clearly it has been completely renovated and updated. The living room has two couches to sit on a table for four to eat. And a television. The sofabed was a little difficult to sit on and we never used it to sleep. The table is big enough for 5 to sit comfortably. The bedroom features closet space and a king size bed easy to sleep in. "We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "
