"Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. "It is a new rental you can say from left behind signs of renovation as building dust , sawdust etc, it would be a lovely place with little bit of love and customer needs approach. For example booking for 3 people and there are only two cups, no tea spoon or stick to stir your coffee/tea. The bathroom door doesn’t fit and make terrible noise so if you use it at night it wakes up everyone else. Outside lighting is extremely bright and lights up the whole room against closed curtains. "This was the first place we stayed on our trip and Renato was very helpful. He was a great host, providing helpful information and was very available and friendly. The included breakfast was very good. Overall the room was small but adequate for our needs. Location is about 15 minutes walk from the most popular attractions and just a couple minutes from public transportation. "

"We got there to find out it was not was shown in pictures. The toilet seat was broken off, there is mold around the window, the kitchen counter was cracked in half and the bedding had brown blood colored stains. I ask to only stay foe one night and refind the remainder and they said No.... DO NOT GO HERE. "
