"I love tobacco suites and will stay there every time I'm in southern Italy. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms a beautiful and the whole place is just very unique. They don't sell their story enough about it really being converted from an old tobacco factor so it's not just a theme but you have history there too. Highly recommended. My friend had to move to another local spot for few days because this was booked and she missed the fresh breakfast and warmth of the tobacco suites....

When we arrived, I could not get past the bed in my wheelchair or enter the bathroom. The toilet had no hand rails and the shower has a step to enter it and also no handles or a shower seat. It was totally unsuitable for my needs and we had to find another hotel."
