"Just like the pictures maybe better in real life Debbie and Bob and their welcome basket are not to be underestimated after arriving late close to midnight they made everyone feel like aah we made it wine ice cream pasta and a great sleep. In the morning waking up in a beautiful clean cool villa food in the fridge and a refreshing swim in the pool or ocean steps away felt like a king thank you Debbie and Paul I hope we are lucky enough to be able to return every year"

"This house was just like the pictures and worked perfect for our group of 8 adults. My only regret is not having more time to spend just hanging out at the house. I highly recommend staying here. The caretaker, Oronizino, was great!"

"Villa Rosa was a fabulous place to stay for our holiday. The Villa was very clean and well appointed and the pool was immaculate! Debbie and Bob couldn't have been more helpful and their local knowledge was invaluable to us. They arranged vineyard tours and more. Highly recommended and would definitely book again!"

"Fantastic outdoor space, kitchen lacks a lot of critical stuff - coffee maker (we bought one). You can tell the property is managed by a large corp - there is no love here. That said, the outdoor living area is fantastic!"

"My family and I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Puglia. We had a fantastic time at the villa; it is in an excellent location to explore many of the must sees of Puglia, it was impeccably clean, with the exterior of the villa being a particular highlight The pool itself is huge and the gardens are glorious Corrado was incredibly helpful during our stay, recommending and booking restaurants, and dealing with any queries we may have had. Overall I would totally recomnend this...

"Een heerlijke groene oase in het warme zuiden van Italie, 10 minuutjes rijden van Lecce. Het huis was smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.Airconditioning kon beter. Het zwembad bood de nodige afkoeling en de jacuzzi was pure verwennerij. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad mede dankzij een vriendelijke en behulpzame host."

"The property has beautiful and spacious outdoor living areas including a nice pool to enjoy. 2 of the bedrooms were very comfortable. The A/C in the hallway and in the upstairs bedroom and the living/kitchen areas worked well. Unfortunately there was no A/C in the lower bedroom however there was a ceiling fan. The kitchen was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Great house for 2 couples but not suitable for 3 couples. The 3rd bedroom is in an open mezzanine with a low ceiling, no privacy...

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf dem sehr großen, ruhig gelegenen Grundstück genossen. Der tolle Pool hat alles abgerundet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war in Ordnung. Eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst, es wäre toll, wenn diese vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden könnte."
