"We had a great time in this large, picturesque house with swimming pool in the Sardinia hills. Owner Olivia is super friendly, knows a lot about the area, and is always around the house in the apartment below to answer questions and for small talk and/or to make reservations at nice restaurants. Location is about 20 minutes out from Santa Teresa and the nearest beach is about 10 minutes away. House is spacious with two single beds, and matrimonial beds otherwise. We had a great time!"

"We ( 2 families with kids age 10-11-12-13) stayed for a week. Excellent house with good location to explore the area as well as spend some easy time at the house. Pool was given the thumbs up by the kids. House is well set up for having drinks & dinner at the house, enjoying the nice views. Juan is a very helpful host. We can recommend it. "

"We love this villa- it has charm, wonderful views from several locations inside and outside, a wonderful pool area and immediate vicinity (within walking distance) to several very good restaurants. This is the third time we have stayed in the villa, and we will come back again!"

Principally, IT HAS NO WI-FI ACCESS which nowadays places it in its own category. THIS FACT SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED TO FUTURE CLIENTS. "We spent 9 magical nights in this beautiful house in the most incredible location. We have never stayed anywhere quite like it. We spent our days swimming in the bay or visiting the wonderful beaches, then the evenings eating by the water and sitting under the stars! We feel so lucky and cannot wait to come back! "This gorgeous villa is ideal for family stays. It has four spacious bedrooms complete with en suite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room with a terrace overlooking a stunning view. We particularly appreciated the Gallurese stones adorning the garden and the facade. The nearby village, San Pantaleo is perfect for summery nights out. Even though it’s located in the country side, it’s just a short drive from most of the popular beaches in the area."
