"Très bel endroit, très bien situé à proximité de plages splendides comme Marinella à 5' ou Cala Sassari et Spiaggia Bianca à 10'. Ou même celle juste en bas à 5' à pied avec magnifique coucher de soleil 🌅 Accueil très sympathique par les 2 personnes qui parlent IT EN ES FR. Minimarché juste à côté largement suffisant pour les courses. Piscine immense avec de nombreuses chaises longues : on a rarement vu plus de 5-6 personnes. On était 4 : appartement 2 chambres assez grand et propre. A noter...

"What a delightful apartment with the most breathtaking view. It was out of season when we stayed, I’m happy to cook, so this wasn’t a problem for us. Many of the restaurants are either closed or operating reduced hours in April. There is a bar and restaurant open in the marina, but it’s very quiet and we much preferred the beautiful view and a nice bottle of wine from one of the well-stocked supermarkets. "Communications with the property's owners was good. We flew in late at night and we were sent photos for easy access to the apartment. We left early on our last day. Again all communication was via Whatsapp. The apartment was clean with all amenities. Close to Train and Buses if you were travelling around Olbia via Public transport. Situated right on Corso Umberto, lovely for the Italian passegiata and great choice of Bars and Restaurants."

"We annoyed our staying at the apartment. The property is conveniently located. The view is fenomenal but the “patio/garden” is very run down and very dangerous for children. The apt is pretty small and the ceiling in the living room and one bedroom is pretty low. There is a steep and pretty dangerous stone-stair that gets to the apartment."

"The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "
