"Arezzo is a quiet town and excellent location to tour around Tuscany. The old town and sites are beautiful. It is easy to walk around and the apartments are well located to stores. The kitchen and baths are beautifully appointed. Stefano the host and owner took great care in restoration of this Renaissance palazzo. The apartment is on the main floor. And there is a beautiful one on the floor above - piano mobile. There is a beautiful private garden as well. "

"The property is gorgeous and Villa everything you would expect from pictures. But beware, you are out in the country and the nearest town is 8- 10 minutes away. Food stores are a 20 minute drive as well. Check in communication was poor. I was unaware that property manager would be contacting me via What's App which is something I don't use. So we were stuck at the property for over 20 minutes waiting for our key. This could have been avoided with check-in instructions posted on their VRBO...

"We booked a room but did not know that there was a generator near our room and was loud. The staff upgraded us to an apartment after a couple of nights. Just a tip, book an apartment if you are thinking of staying here. Breakfast was ok since there’s no shops anywhere near this place. If you can rent a car, better but I think taxis go here. "Wir sind nach Besichtigung des Apartments und Hauses sofort wieder abgereist: - Mobililiar alt, kaputt, ungepflegt, fleckig, eklig - im ganzen Haus roch es sehr unangenehm (deutlich: es stank) - Bad völlig runtergekommen und eklig - Poolwasser komplett grün und unbenutzbar, der Wasserstand erreichte nicht mal die Filteranlage - die Gastgeberin unfreundlich - und auch sie roch sehr unangenehm, ihr Hund war nett - hatte aber Flöhe - Realität und Fotos des Objektes stimmen so gar nicht überein "

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...
