"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Siamo stati molto bene presso la casa di Antonella. La casa si trova in mezzo al verde ed è stata tutta a nostra disposizione. Serve l'auto per spostarsi ed è raggiungibile tramite una piccola stradina che serve quattro case sulla collina. La casa è molto fresca e ben attrezzata. Zanzariere alle finestre anche se di zanzare ce n'erano poche. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ci hanno lasciato tutto a disposizione dentro la casa. "What a wonderful location , peaceful and relaxing Fabio and Loretta were amazing hosts we felt like family . They were available at all times to help us navigate our needs. Their recommendations were exactly what we wanted , fabulous dinners and wine . Their home was inviting well stocked and the views were beautiful. "Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁"

"Wir waren 1 Woche in dem Haus, wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, aber Licio (der Eigentümer) hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und uns viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und besonders für einen Urlaub mit Hund geeignet, da es rundum sehr gut abgesichert und eingezäunt ist. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Licio war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mehrmals den Pool für uns gereinigt. Auch der spontane Besuch unserer Freunde war kein Problem - Licio brachte...

"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The lengthy journey up this steep hill is rewarded at the end with sensational views across the vine strewn valley with clear sight of Arrezzo in the distance. The house is perfectly appointed and the pool area is equally well situated to enjoy a few lazy hours. I have no issue recommending this property to anyone."

"Villa was the perfect place. Marco our host was very attentive and helpful. Space for all 27 to relax and have fun from ages 3 to 76. Food by private chef delicious. Pool great size and vey clean. Loved hiking around the grounds. Good location for all family members to make daily excursions. Wine tasting and tour excellent. Accommodations were wonderful…we were there at the hottest time so Marco help with an in room AC and many fans for the third floor. It all worked out."

The kitchen and baths are beautifully appointed. Stefano the host and owner took great care in restoration of this Renaissance palazzo. The apartment is on the main floor. And there is a beautiful one on the floor above - piano mobile. There is a beautiful private garden as well. "

The villa was ideal for our group and we had a wonderful pizza night with Alessio's mother, Catia! "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...
