"I arrived at this 'Hotel' and promptly discovered there was confusion at my booking. I showed my receipts and eventually my booking was confirmed. I was also made to pay an amount of 'tax', which had to be paid in cash. I asked why was this not made clear when I made the booking-no answer given. My booking stated a complimentary breakfast was included with the tariff however at the hotel I was told that I had to pay for breakfast...??? "This is a lovely hotel in city that otherwise is not that lovely. We had excellent service from the concierge and appreciated that. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed drinks at their bar and lunch at the restaurant. We also enjoyed the pool area. The hot tub was not working but the pool itself was very warm. "
